14. This photograph visually captures the master suite bathroom. Similar to the master bedroom, the importance of balance between light and dark was critical to the success of this space. The large mirror is a very effective way to achieve spaciousness, reflecting both the beauty of the materials as well as the view of the Ko'olaus. The light fixtures selected here and throughout the house have the associative qualities of craftsman, yet reveal a contemporary timelessness.
