NUUANU COTTAGE

This project involved remodeling and expanding a 70 year old home on a 9,513 square foot pie shaped lot. Our design doubled the living area with the addition of a new master suite and an expanded living room which also opens to a large deck. We incorporated the existing almost gothic roof line into both the new master suite and the two car garage.

1. The new Master Bedroom, looking back towards the new Sitting Room. The existing architectural style of steep roof lines coupled with a quaint scale enabled us to create a very dramatic Master Bedroom with romantic appeal. Click for more.
