SPIRIT OF THE BATH

The existing bathroom, designed by a well-respected Architect was also a very special place. It too captured the indoor/outdoor experience while maintaining the functional requirements of a bathroom. As time passes and styles change, the impact of the single wall, redwood that was so popular in the 60's and 70's, now appears very dark, affording very little light into the space. Although materially very different than the new bathroom, the existing bathroom was a great inspiration for this new bathing experience.
