STYLE AT THE BEACH

The owners were looking for a new 'beach house' that captured both the qualities of living on the beach as well as subtle elegance reflecting a successful life.

1. This is an exterior view of the beach facing facade. The covered porch provides a great opportunity for outdoor living while enjoying the cool ocean breezes and protection from the hot sun. The visibility of the porch from the beach provides a very friendly and welcoming feeling. The sweeping 'Dickey', double-pitch roof displays the classic 'old Hawaii' look.
