STYLE AT THE BEACH

4. This photo (and photo 5) contain differing views of the Great Room consisting of a Dining area, Living area and Kitchen. It was concluded by the Owner & Architect that the Great Room concept of less formal relationships between these spaces would achieve an overall more casual 'beach house'. The Living & Dining area enjoy vaulted ceilings and spaciousness while the Kitchen becomes more intimate with the dropped ceiling and low partition. This definition allows the Kitchen to have its own defined space while opening up to the Living area and ocean views beyond.
